I live on a 200 year old hobby farm in the Annapolis Valley, with my wonderful hubby and 2 daughters. We have a menagerie of pets, Jerard and Sammy the cats, Jed and JJ the dogs, Astrid the horse, Prince the pony, Quaker the goat, Nerd the bunny, Bob the Rooster and Steve-O the newest goat. I have always been extremely shy (my friends will tell you different) and belly dance has helped me tremendously to over come that...well I am still working on it....oh yeah and I am half yankee just in case you were wondering!

Tomorrow night is our big show at Union Street Cafe and The Wick Pub. SOLD OUT!! We are going to blow the little town of Berwick away!! Can't wait! I've had my bag packed for 2 days...ahead of the game for a change!! Velvet Burnout will be our special guests! I am so excited to see everyone in costume and the dances everyone has worked so hard on....it's going to be fabulous!!!

Dancing at the pub was a great success........sssoooo much fun....drummers Caleb, Kadijah, Paul, Lorraine, Steve and many other crowd members who became shakers and tamborine players made the night....Hopefully the girls from Bridgewater will host something similar sometime in the future!...thanks Velvet Burnout....I couldn't stop dancin' even in the shower after I got home!
