Hmmm...let's see. Well, I'm a big dork. It's true. I don't think you can be a scientist and not be a dork. So, given that, I like hiking around outside and getting dirty. I like planting things in the garden and playing with my dogs. I watched the Diana Ross episode of the Muppet Show recently and laughed my a$$ off as Beaker sang "Feelings."
My friends are important to me and I love to cook for them. I also like to cook when I'm stressed out. Though stress eating is harder, so it's good to have someone around to eat what I make. My housemate can't quite handle the spicier end of my cooking.
I'm a sucker for good rice krispie treats. I like lots of pillows on my bed. I've been sky-diving twice (tandem) and loved it! I can identify birds by sound. Hmm...I have a tendency to let my head get lost in the clouds and I love the cubists (Picasso, Leger, Braque, Malevich). I also go for Shostakovich over Mozart on any day of the week.
