i've been a student of theatre and movement for 6 years. my education has covered movement technique, body language, expressive natural movement.
~yoga
i've been doing yoga regularly for 3 years. this has built my endurance, patience, and flexibility.
~dance
i've taken numerous dance courses to enhance my knowledge of expression through movement. among the courses i've taken are:
belly-dancing, ballet, modern dance, and samba
