Have ever felt nervous standing in a room packed with people and all eyes are on every move you make? Well, I must say it happened to me. I did a solo performance at Rakkasha this year. I must say there is a difference of dancing in a troupe or even dancing at parties verses when you are all alone on stage and it is just you. So, what do you think I am saying? Last night I went to see Rod Stewart in concert in San Jose. I have seen him perform many years ago in concert in San Francisco. I could not believe that he could still sound so good after all these years. He must be at 62 years old and what a performer I must say. I sat back and heard all the oldies which brought some memories and his new music releases.

What could be a man's fantasy? Let's say being in a room surrounded with 70 bellydancers or in a party enviroment with 20 bellydancers dancing? I went to workshop with Rachel Brice and it was fantastic. The evening was only the beginning.........We went to a bellydancing party where we peformed a trio our dance. We were a hit because we crossed the line and did something non traditional... We were Pirate bellydancers.....Would this be one of your fantasy?
