I love to dance. Tap, jazz, ballet, flamenco, salsa, samba, belly dance, afro-brazilian, and much much more. I love to climb, swing, hang, dangle, and twist. I got into pole dancing about 2 years ago and love it! I teach it now i love it so damn much. It's a great workout! WOW! I love to eat and my fav food is thai food. Tom Yom soup. Yes, LAWD! Musc: reggae, roots, dancehall, hip hop (gimme that beat, fool! I prefer the old skool to the new), jazz, R n B, some alternative rock and even classical.

Pole dancing for fitness
I recently joined tribe to make new friends that do pole, circus, fabic, trapeze, and burlesque. I also run an alternative dance fitness program which focuses on pole dance, exotic dance, lap dance, and alternative (naughty-girl) merchandise.

I get messages like this every now and then - but I will do what I do and make NO apologies. The first part is what some angry, insecure girl wrote to me about pole dancing classes as SHE wrote it and the second part is my response....I just think it makes an amusing read. Thanks to Renee for making it so easy to use you as the butt of a joke! Stop drinkin' so much haterade!!! HA HA HA HA!
