<div>I was asked to list 8 little known facts about me...so here goes!!!

1)	I used to promote and book punk rock bands in Long Beach and Orange County. My best show was at the Roxy in the 1992: Nag, Nag, Nag; The Adolescents and The Ramones.

2)	I am half Lebanese and half Scottish. At age 20, I was trained to cook Lebanese food for one week by my Lebanese grandmother and am regularly required to “perform” for her these days to check my skills. “It is critical for marriage, you see!” she says.

3)	I used to be a COMPETITIVE roller skater and won third place at the Northern California Competition 1978, skating to Ice Castles…I think. I have blocked it out but my Grandmother has a photo.

4)	I can communicate with ghosts and spirits and have become popular among friends for “exorcising” certain behaviors from their homes

5)	I won the 1984 Northern California Finals in Speech and Debate in both Best Humorous and Best Dramatic Interpretation. I sing and have studied voice since I was 5 years old. I competed in Arias and won California’s Honor Choir for three years in a row from 1982 – 1984 and ended up touring Europe in 1984 representing California as part of the US Honor Tour.

6)	I have sat in meditation for 2 months straight for 10 hours per day while in India and teach meditation to kids in Northern California

7)	In college, I worked at Wherehouse Records, Macy’s and the best: I worked as a perfume and make up model for $12 an hour! In 1986, this was great money! This started the whole “spray as you walk by” behavior that is so annoying today…back then, it was novel : )

8)	I broke up with my boyfriend, sold my home and quit my job to travel around the world by back pack and hostel at age 40 (that would be this year!)
