According to at least one source, I am what you would call "an intransigent, feminist twit." I don't think he meant it as a compliment. But a feminist I am, and quite the radical, at that. I am a socialist, a vegetarian with vegan leanings, a pagan, an environmentalist. As such when I am able I donate time and effort or money to animal rescues and shelters, women's centers, literacy campaigns, food drives, indigenous culture preservation, and more. Until recently I was a college student aiming for a double major in history and sociology. unfortunately due to personal issues, I am currently unable to continue pursuing a degree, or to work; thanks to a debilitating case of major depression coupled with bipolar, and related bouts of excessive anxiety, migraines, and insomnia, I am seeking disability while I work toward getting myself healthy again.

I abhor needless waste, overconsumption, capitalism, ethnocentrism, exceptionalism, and ignorance in all its forms. As such I reject the modern imperialistic culture of American consumerism, embracing as it does material excess.
