i haven't been much on tribe, or the net, because it seems i've got a bot on my puter where some ukranian is pinging off of me for their spam schemes....i've got a new virus and firewall software, i've got ad aware....

anyone have any suggestions on what to do (that i can do myself before i figure out how to pay a supergeek to take care of my puter?)
