I am a Yoga practitioner and student of the Samkhya and Yoga philosophies. I did weight training and cardio for a long time before getting into yoga. I eat healthfully, not a sports nut, not crazy about religion, conservative, like an occasional beer.

One of my tribe friends, Katrina once posted that she needs a special place to do yoga, and wondered if anyone could relate to that. I found these few verses in the Yoga Tattva Upanishad that relate:
