ucof is a small boy who looks like a man, but could well be a robot in a man disguise, or some kind of fluffy cute animal based product.
he is the master of the poi whispering, and can get them to do things that people who are not looking, won't believe are possible. Also he smiles when he does it. recently he has moved to wales. I can only try and refuse to imagine what this will do to him.
