My Blog This evening I missed my Bikram Yoga class and decided to go out and jump on my trampoline instead. I was just jumping away looking at my beautiful yard…the birds, the blossoms on trees, the flowers, the mountains …just happy to be alive taking it all in. My heart is filled with gratitude for this glorious space. About a half hour later, I hear this big rustling noise behind me . So, hi.....my name is Laurie. I live in a beautiful place with lots of trees and a stream. Deer visit my yard almost daily...I once saw a coyote in my back yard. It was beautiful. I'm into the birds now...it's getting cold, so I'm putting lots of bird feeders around the yard and watching the woodpeckers, jays and finches flock to the seed. I have the most gorgeous view out of my office of the mountains, trees and recently, birds. I have 3 great kids that I love with all my hear... read more
