You see a painting in a window and think...WTF?
No, it can't be? N'uh...but it was, really and truly, the owner of the Vault Martini bar in Portland had this painting especially commissioned. It was from a photo originally taken only for Cocteau Twins artwork.

The logo and his extensive martini menu were designed to look very V23 envelope. He also thanked Tori Amos, Jane Siberry and Maria McKee for their lyrics and inspiration. It's just to sweet to be a smart ass about it. I can't tease this person because, we are too much alike.

What do the Cocteau Twins and Martinis have in common?
I still don't know - but it was so fun.
