My Blog
Squirrel Hunter
I've been defending my garden from vile pests and some might say it's gotten a bit out of hand. I say it's completely IN my hand and I'm squeezing the last breaths from its lifeless form.My website blog will tell more:

DIY for your kitchen!
This is for those of you who have seen the dishwasher indicator in my kitchen and said, "Damn, where can I get me one of those?!" Well search no longer, I posted a DIY on my website so you can have your very own "clean vs. dirty" indicator. This picture displays the Clean side; I'm afraid the Dirty side would not be suitable for a public posting... you'll just have to visit the site to see what I mean.

A new member
has been added to our menagerie! This is Peka-thulu. We met him while visiting Aviva's house. We knew he'd feel right at home with Cabin-boy Pig and Tassel twerlin' Penguin. Humping chihuahua was unavailable at the time of the picture, but he has tried to make Peka-thulu feel welcome (in his own special way). Thanks again Aviva!
word lovers, enjoy
I love the history of words, and just found this great one.Boycott:
In the 1870s, Irish farmers faced an agricultural crisis that threatened to result in a repeat of the terrible famine and mass evictions of the 1840s. Anticipating financial ruin, they formed a Land League to campaign against the rent increases and evictions landlords were imposing as a result of the crisis. Retired British army captain Charles Boycott had the misfortune to be acting as an agent for an absentee landlord at the time, and when he tried to evict tenant farmers for refusing to pay their rent, he was ostracized by the League and community. His laborers and servants quit, and his crops began to rot. Boycott's fate was soon well known, and his name became a byword for that particular protest strategy.
Great
Awesome!!Bigeyedeer and Seemikedraw run a blog where they pick a
random word as a theme then try to outdo each
other's comic efforts.
