so where do I start ?? today a new day, why? I actually have my own room back after sharing my space with two great gf's as they we're in a transisional space and I opened the door so they can save money and give them a safe place where they can just be and allow them their time to decide what was best for themselves ...

Let's say through liquid courage rachel and I just gave her 110% our first attempt of capaeira.... it was hillariously amusing and we loved it, just going with the flow and didnt even hurt one another it was a like a dance as they way it was ment to be! We felt the soreness in our muscles and it was a great memory we now share and continue on to grow further!
and the best part of it for me and my roomies is that its food for their tummies!

I've been wanting to make a a type of lentil soup but how???
