i quit my job. after 10 months being back here, i've gained 40 lbs due to lack of physical activety, stress, etc. screw this place. screw having a boss who habitually screams at every employee and calls us all F'n retards. blah. enough with coming in at 7am and leaving at 4pm and having my co-worker who waltzes in at 10:30 try to guilt trip me cause i am leaving before 5:30. dumbass. no more payin $100 a week for gas no more $600 a month health insurance wooooo! 
so i was inspired dually by my boyfriend's duct tape wallet, and byt a show on the diynetwork, and i made myself a duct tape tote bag.

it took a while, and the cats didnt help (shedding) but it turned out well. i think i will reinforce my next large bag with cardboard or something to help keep the shape. i determined that it would be a bad idea to make the straps out of duct tape, due to the edges eventually getting rolled back and the glue causing sticky hands or shoulders i think it came out well, though
