When Cody (Newton) arrives in the picturesque California town from which the card was sent, he soon meets and falls in love with Faith (Evans), the girl who sent the card, and he is practically accepted as a new member of the family by her parents (Asner & Nettleton) as he helps them save the family Christmas tree farm. But there’s one major roadblock to happily-ever-after: Faith is already engaged to be married!
