This unusual Middle-eastern inspired salad came to fruition for a fabulous summer party that my dear friend Candra and I threw in her backyard in Santa Monica. Sensuous and easy to put together, there's a multitude of textures and flavours waiting to be discovered here. 'Twas a magical night indeed, as I met a man who turns out to be very significant in my personal mythology. He was particularly impressed with the rooibos - soaked couscous. Boo-yah!
