<div>A source of much debate and confusion is the concept of cash gifting. Many people don't have any idea what exactly cash gifting is, and those who do know what it is are concerned about its legality. Participating in such a program can open up many doors to its participants, but the first step is finding out what it is and how the program works. Most importantly, however, people looking to participate in a cash gifting program must find a plan that is safe, legitimate, and beneficial to its members.

What Is A "Gift" And How Do We Define It?

Cash giving is nothing new-it has been going on for hundreds of years. The difference is, now the concept has been transferred to the Internet. The Internet has allowed the programs to become more streamlined and connected. A cash giving program is a private group of individuals that allows them to give and receive cash and property from one another.

Cash gifting is somewhat controversial, because many people do not feel that it is legal. However, this is not true. Cash giving is based on the Constitutional right of individuals to give property, cash and other assets. In the United States, this process is regulated by Title 26 in the IRS Tax Code. This law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $11,000 each per calendar year. There will be no tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, and the gifts are not calculated into the gross income of the receiver. Cash giving is perfectly legal, and the benefits it provides are endless!

How To "Gift" The Smart Way

There is no substitute for doing your homework when it comes to assessing the available Cash Gifting programs. However, it will become clear very early on in the process that there are certain features which are essential in any successful program. It is wise to be cautious, however, as there are some poorly designed and conceived programs which can fall into the category of a "Scam". Clearly, these need to be avoided at all costs. Selecting the right program for you should be a fairly straightforward process provided you ensure that your program of choice incorporates the following key features.

Any cash gifting program should be fairly flexible in how much participation it requires of you. For example, some of the more successful cash gifting programs might offer different levels of participation, in some cases entry level gifts could be a low as $100, rising to $10,000 per gift for the higher levels within the top programs. It is important that the different levels allow you to give cash gifts in amounts that you are comfortable with. Most people get into Gifting, initially, on a part-time basis, so it is very important that an individual is able to "work" the program and succeed with the minimum amount of effort and in the shortest time possible. In fact, the best programs will allow both full time and part time participation.

Many cash gifting programs are unsuccessful because their program depends on their members marketing and selling a product or service. The best cash gifting programs do not have this requirement. The core leadership of the group should be responsible "closing the deal".

One dead giveaway of a program that is not legitimate is one that is structured pyramid-style. Many corporate organizations with similar goals are structured in such a way that only allows those at the top to reap the benefits. A true cash gifting program will be structured in a way that allows all participants to benefit equally.

Those who try to undermine the beauty and selflessness of cash gifting programs do not understand the true nature of the group-it follows God's Law of Reciprocity. "Give and it shall be given unto you."

										<div>
Almost everyone in America today wants to live the American Dream to live financially free. When cash gifting came along a few years ago, it provided the tools necessary to achieve that dream everyone longed to live. There are vast amounts of cash gifting programs out there today which can confuse people as to which one to join. My advice is to do your homework and research the company you wish to join. Ask questions about their tier levels (the cost for each level to join), their support, marketing tools, how long the company has been in business, etc. etc.

Many people ask "Is cash gifting a get-rich quick scheme?"

As strange as it may sound, YES IT IS and NO IT'S NOT !

I say YES because quite simply anything that can make you this rich over the next 3 to 6 to 12 months QUICKER than the "typical" system the vast majority of the planet seems to favor these days is certainly a get-rich-quick way of creating wealth. Think about it...the "typical" system for making a living is working a dead-end job, scraping by for 45 years, and then trying to scrape by a little longer on less than HALF of what they've been scraping by on for the previous 45 years! So yes, in comparison to the usual scenario above, the cash gifting program most definitely is a get-rich-quick way to generate wealth. On the other hand, the legitimate cash gifting program are most certainly NOT a "scheme". In fact, cash gifting was created, designed, and built to be quite the opposite! Years of planning, testing, and developing went into the cash gifting program so that it would become the world's premier cash gifting opportunity...not some second hand two-bit operation that simply took people's money and ran. Cash gifting is about truly assisting people in creating wealth for themselves and their families.

So, the truth is...you can go broke s-l-o-w-l-y, or you can make yourself rich quickly. There's no law against legitimately creating heaps of money within a short space of time. All you have to decide is which of the two options you want to take.

Oh and by the way, Cash Gifting is tax free. Per the IRS Publication 950 - You are allowed to receive cash gifts of up to $12,000 per person and not claim any tax whatsoever on it. It's purely up to you, if you want to file your cash gift as taxable income. Although you are limited in receiving $1,000,000 in cash gifts per year and any amount above that is required to be filed to the IRS. Sounds wonderful doesn't it? Give and you shall receive. Ask and it shall be given.

    </a>
										<div>The Truth About Cash Gifting - Part 1

We've all heard about the next BIG home based business opportunity. You know, the one that will make you an instant millionaire and you won't have to do any work to get there. All you have to do is send in your money and the next thing you know in 30 to 60 days you will never have to go to the 9 to 5 ever again. Yes, and I have a parcel of land ...

We also all know that marketing on the internet can be a risky business at best if we know nothing about the company or better yet some of the people that promote the company. More and more we all need to have our scam radar working overtime to decipher the real work at home opportunity from the Get Rich Quick scheme.

One of the best income opportunities ever offered is a "real" Cash Gifting program. Now with that said it must be brought to light that there is a difference in this type of program. Some cash programs in the past were just "pyramid schemes" dressed up for a night out on the town. So let's look at what it takes to make a real Cash Gifting program work for anyone that gets involved.

Cash Gifting can be defined as: The act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash, (as a gift) and giving it freely without coerce or consideration. Cash Gifting is in no way a loan or any type of payment for goods or services received. Now guess why it's called a cash gift... because that's exactly what it is.

Let's lay out a few of the reasons some of the Cash Gifting programs in the past have failed in a very short time:

1) The founders of some of these programs had no concept of how to set up a proper Cash Gifting program to assist the members with a working "business model". Any home based business or work at home opportunity needs a proper plan of operation to be a success, even a Cash Gifting program.

2) No tracking system was devised to keep all of the members abreast of what monies were coming their way or when to expect them.

3) There were no legal documents created nor provided to outline the transfers of cash gifts from one person to another.

4) In some instances there was no proven or tested marketing system provided for the members. Along with not providing tested marketing concepts, the members were set up to fail before they ever got started, unless they were seasoned veterans.

5) Without a way to track the members advertising efforts no one knew what, when, why or how their hard earned dollars were being spent and what in fact was their ROI. (Return On Investment)

So what did this all lead up to? In the past many Cash Gifting programs quickly got labeled as unethical and some were called pyramid schemes or even scams. Now, in most instances this was not true, but without a proper "business model", destiny prevailed. I'm sure a large number of us have received the "Send $5 to 5 people and you can make a kazillion dollars in the next 30 days" letter. That type of Cash Gifting letter is the perfect example of the old adage "one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch".

Stay tuned for part two of this series and more relevant information on Cash Gifting and other home based business opportunities.

<a href="http://people.tribe.net/77cc8cec-359e-4163-96b1-ee153bcbc867/blog/8b9846d4-262b-4524-8c59-cc58c986bc51">  						          <img class=" picThumb" src="http://images.tribe.net/tribe/upload/photo/335/5e0/3355e095-06b4-44f0-b38d-f9128d3b51b1.thumb" width="65" height="71" alt="" />
    </a>
										<div>Cash Gifting has caused some
stir here in recent months. Lets first example the activity of cash gifting, first of all there are no products or hype involved. The majority of the programs you find out there to make money in are "glorified cash gifting" programs.

Why are they glorified cash gifting? Well let me explain, when you come into any business of direct sales you are paying your direct sponsor not the company it self. These companies are just names that were created with excuse products so they can call it a "business" but at the end of the day your telling pretty much gifting your sponsor the total amount to join the "business" right into his bank account. There is nothing wrong with this at all.

Now what is causing so many people to move towards Cash Gifting? Well people are sick and tired of hyped up "cash making machines" and they have been sucked into a program because of the products.

Cash Gifting does not have any products, there is a daily live call done with about 300 people average, listening to one voice and hearing live testimonials of folks that are making money with cash gifting.

How simple is it to just return phone calls and guide people to a call?

Also the next advantage of cash gifting, its a PROVEN concept that is used OFFLINE. What this means is the following: When you bring someone new to the industry of internet marketing there is a huge learning curve they have to go through to really understand how it all works.

Now if you have the resources for them to have a proven off line system in place for them, that is where you will find more success and duplication through your organization.

The secret to having success with cash gifting is the resources available to anyone without any experience, but are willing to learn how to make money and create success for them.

The activity of cash gifting continues to grow, because we are all joining business to do one thing and one thing only and that is make money. We are not joining a business to look pretty talking about it or to share the products, people want to make money and thats why they join.

    </a>
										<div>Everywhere you turn online today, you hear people talking about the simplicity and effectiveness of cash gifting. Are the rumors true? Can you truly generate loads of passive wealth from cash gifting programs? The answer is yes, but there are a few considerations. Let's take a look:

- You need to first understand what it is. It's easy! You give a gift of cash. You promote the offer to other like-minded individuals, and then you receive gifts of cash in return.

- Anyone can do this, but it isn't something that is effortless. You still have the issue of promotion to consider. Even if you are giving away free chunks of gold, nobody will take it if they do not know about it, right? You have to get the word out. Getting the word out implies marketing. That's the bottom line with everything online or off.

- Anyone can learn effective marketing techniques. They exist and they are able to be assimilated. You just have to be diligent and purposeful. It is known that over 98% of all online marketing attempts fail. It has nothing to do with what is being promoted. It has everything to do with promotional techniques. People are erroneous to believe that just any old method of online promotion will do. The hard truth is quite to the contrary.

- Cash gifting is definitely less difficult than other promotional efforts though. This is because you are promoting exactly what everyone wants for sure: CASH! There is nothing easier to promote because the value of the product is thoroughly understood and desired by the general public already. You do not have to convince anyone of the potential uses or benefits to having more cash.

Every other type of Internet marketing program revolves around trying to sell others a product or products that they have no interest in or use for. They buy these products only in hopes to generate cash for themselves. With cash gifting, we can eliminate the nonsense and get down to what we all are really after. That's right: CASH!

Take the next step in developing your dreams. Explore the realm of cash gifting further today. You will learn why the Internet communities and private communities are all excitedly talking about it. You give to those in need. You promote what everyone truly desires. People come to you to learn of the vast potential. In return, you receive gifts of pure, sweet cash. Yes, it is legitimate. Yes, it is proven. Yes, it takes some work. Yes, it can be for you!
