I believe in taking time to "smell the proverbial roses". Life is too short to not appreciate what you've got, not what you wish you had.
I've got two sayings that help get me through just about anything: "That which does not kill us makes us stronger" "If things don't turn out in the end . . . it's just not the end yet" (I love that one as it's so true. We can stress out about things, but realistically, we usually can't affect what the end result will be, and we always manage to survive another day ;)
