rules:
do not feed her blueberries. when she says step back, do it. you cannot walk at the same speed as her, ever. carry spare earmuffs. it is prudent to have someone nearby to hold you up when you first see her as your knees may go wobbly. only i can scratch her correctly. she is, at once: fire and water, strong and needy, full of hope and dreams kept secret. she holds within her a devotion and lust for life that at times, i have trouble comprehending. she is the goddess embodied. complex and simple, she carries great hurt and love in balance. she has been my partner and best friend for a lifetime. when she opens her arms, my world stops and i am humbled. the word love is perhaps inadequate to describe how she shapes my world... its something more than that. much more.

Well, it's with mixed emotion, but I have finally put my house on the market. It was listed on Saturday and we had our first couple come look at it this morning! I grew up in this house, it's been in the family for 35 years, I took it over after the passing of my mother. I never really liked it here, but at the same time it's very strange to know that, when gone, I will never be able to return. My sweet baby was just diagnosed with kidney failure. I will have to put him down soon. It's a very sad day. I have loved my boy for almost ten years now, he makes up a perfect trio with my two girls. Every day they follow me into the bathroom and I turn the tub on for him so he can drink his fresh water that he likes. I would like to hire someone in our community. I need a licensed, bonded, insured electrician to install GFCI's where required by code, correct exposed wiring in attic, correct wiring at weather head, correct wire wrapped around electrical service, correct reverse polarity where noted in inspection report. I would like to be able to keep costs down and help with some of these items if possible. Please message me soon, I think the deadline is the 14th for this to be completed.
