By the way . . . still going at it . . . down to 155 lbs -- my goal is about 145 ish (I think . . . maybe I said something else way back in January). But I think 145 or 142 to 145 sounds healthy.

(Postscript: oops . . . I see my goals is between 137 and 142 -- okay -- that'll do I guess)

Well, I'm still on my exercise regimen. I also meant to say "diet", although, I don't think I've reduced my intake at levels that warrant the term "diet." In any event, on March 1, I hit 163 lbs, so I've lost roughly 12 pounds since January 1. I'm exercising more, not just going to 24 Hr either. I've been running on the beach -- oh, that's so beautiful, btw. It's January 31st and I've made some progress since New Year's Day, when I weighed in at 175. Today, I'm 167. Okay, okay: it's only 8 pounds, but, heck, it's progress. At 167, my BMI is 27, which is still considerably outside of "normal weight" BMI range of 18 to 24. But what I am happy about is that, this past month, I've kept up a steady exercise regimen, particularly going out and jogging. In talking about my weight with co-workers, one suggested that maybe employees in the company can join together in some kind of weight loss competition. . . Sounds like a good idea. She also pointed out the "body mass index" (BMI) calculator, something that I guess nutritionists and other medicos use to determine if someone's weight is normal or not. Stepped on the scale yesterday and, Y-I-K-E-S . . . . . 175 point 2 pounds! Get thee to 24 hours fitness ( . . . uh, maybe 36 hour fitness?).
