What is amazing to me is how sweet the average american diet is. It takes awhile but you can adjust your tastebuds to a less sugared diet but so many folks don't even think about it; they just drink their sodas and eat their heavily processed food...

Good article. I know my hubby works hard on knowing his carbs in the stuff he eats. For him 'counting carbs' has been the trick in getting his blood sugar to behave. However some folks perceive carbs as the great evil and advoid all carbs and over...

So back in July I had to fly back east and got stuck sleeping in the Atlanta Airport Terminal A. My back hurt more than ever.

Then in August I was at UNMH for two days while they figured it out that my appendix was not acute. ( Well I never said I was cute much less my insides). Then more tests, ultrasounds with one that had me almost passing out. Then just a few weeks ago during a regular exam the doc found a cyst. Felecia You are a great person, you and Ted have so much love for people and your involvement in the community ,all the emergency stuff you do is great. You guys are great freinds and we need to hang out more. The only problem you have is Ted eats more the I can, I guest its like you said he pases himself. LOL.
