Almost April and the rain is on the way, but that's OK.It is better than ice and snow. I am anxious to see the trees begin to get some greenery on them. Their lonely naked branches seem so needy of some splendor.

I enter the new year with hope and some realistic concern about where the world is heading.I am sure many feel the same way. I am running out to go to work. Quick post. This morning Dennis Kucinich (presidential candidate from Ohio) will introduce a motion to IMPEACH Dick Chaney. The House is poised to silence him by tabling it. Only if WE THE PEOPLE bombard the system by phone & fax to our representatives, is there a chance of this moving ahead. Earth Day another Peace Pole was planted in Barrytown, NY. Susan Silverstream said a few words of inspiration and led us in a song she composed called MAMA dedicated to the Mother Earth and all the mamas. Susan(center), Annie Roland (far left) & I also sang another lovely tune called Where Wisdom Leads. Other people gave blessings and shared wise words.Then there was a walk through a beautiful Labyrinth...it was a very beautiful Earth Day with exquisite weather.
