Ongoing Keegan report

Hey all! I know it's been a while since you've heard from me, sorry but it's hard being a baby, let me tell you.

I've been working for weeks to get my hands to move when I want them to. I can basically grab my feet whenever I'm in the right position now and I LOVE grabbing mommy's hair and daddy's goatee and yanking! hee hee hee I know they love me and can't be mad at me for long, especially when I smile really big at them, pull my shoulder's up and giggle. They are always excited when I'm making noises, except for the crying and I'm not sure why!

I've had my first shots and will be going back in a couple weeks to get some more. Daddy went with me last time cuz mommy had to do something called work. The needle hurt a little but when I looked at Daddy afterwards, he looked worse than I felt so I gave him a big smile and he felt better.

I met my Uncle Kraig and he gave me a pink elephant. I love my elephant, it's fuzzy, it makes cool sounds and it tastes good!!! What more could you want?

Grandma and Grandpa are so happy to see me when they come over. Grandma keeps sucking on my cheeks and Grandpa is always singing to me. I think I like them alot.

This weekend is my first Bellydance festival and I'm going with mommy and daddy and all of my friends from the studio. I can't wait to meet all the other people that I've heard so much about. Everyone thinks I'm gonna be a dancer when I grow up because I'm always pointing my toes. I think I'll check out this dancing thing this weekend and see what I think

Oh well, back to eating, sleeping and pooping with a scream or two thrown in just to keep everyone on their toes!!!

So Far So Good!

This is my first blog....ever, even though I need a little help with the keyboard and my attention span.

I went to the doctor yesterday because I hadn't gained as much weight in my first month as they wanted me to. I had grown enough and my head got bigger too (not in the ego way) but I just wasn't as heavy as they had liked. In 3 weeks, I only gained 7 ounces, so they told my mommy to start feeding me formula as well as breastfeeding me. She wasn't sure that I'd like it, but I surprised her and took that bottle like it was nobody's business!

So the good news is that I gained 10 ounces in one week!!!! I must be going through a growth spurt since I'm now reaching my toes all the way to the bottom of my 0-3 month Onsies and sleepers. No wonder mommy is so tired lately, I keep waking her up at night so that I can eat, but she tells me that she doesn't mind as long as I keep growing and stay healthy!

Well, this was very tiring. I'm off to eat a little more and then go down for my afternoon nap. I know, I lead a tough life, but hey, somebody's got to do it!
