On the fickle topic air signs enjoy floating on light levels, however all signs can be fickle and even superficial just like all signs can be deep and genuine, It's just about what the signs prefers to be, embrace and be surrounded by essentially.

First off, based on myself and all the people with virgo positions, mercury is definitly the ruler of virgo.
