lizzy and i admired each other for nearly a year before we met by chance in an abandoned cookie factory. "goodness," i thought, "this girl and i are very much alike!" shared passions include, but are not limited to: dreamy music, noir, delighting our tastebuds, music that makes us dance, chab's 'closer to me (album mix),' secretive past exploits, hating papalote, suzu noodles, paving new neural pathways, oysters, hidden wine bars, and obsessing. oh, and she's truly spectacular to take photos of.

burning man
hmm. it's suddenly occurred to me that i'd really like to go back to burning man this year.



the playa really does call to you, tempting you to return. i feel like i should be getting ready for a splendid week in the desert. i miss the heat, the dust, the complete adventure around every bend, the whole indescribable experience. i know i'll make it back there someday...
