So my roommate is interested in taking ballet, but has been having trouble finding classes in the Eugene area that fit her needs. She's looking for an adult beginner class, preferably in the evenings I believe. Any of you ladies take ballet or know of anyone who teaches?

I'm sitting here in the Law Center (the only 24 hour building on campus) trying to work on a Spanish paper that's due in about 12 hours, and I'm chugging along, failing miserably, kind of on the verge of a mini-breakdown, when this guy on the other side of the classroom basically starts having my breakdown for me. Does anyone have a good idea of how soon I should be registering for classes? I realize some will be more popular than others, but I really can't register for anything for the next week or so while I deal with immediate issues (ie four hours of Spanish exams on Friday, work, etc).

Also, I know it's a bit early, but does anyone have any plans for ride sharing/hotel sharing? I have a vehicle, but if people want to carpool that would be excellent. If everything works out perfectly I'll be tak... read more
