I feel extremely privileged to know Karen O. She has an apparently innate ability to walk into a room and light it up with her presence - her unique style, and her sunny demeanor are wonderful atributes to have, and they make being around her a very pleasurable experience. She is a talented organizer, and a great person to have within our movement and our organization. I hope to work with her more in the future, and so should you! :)

Karen is my environmental goddess. I was just going about my life when she accosted me one day in our local Ben and Jerry's during summer break 2 years ago. She demanded that once school resumed I come to the environmental club meetings since she was going to be president and it was going to be awesome. alright i thought, the earth os cool, karen is cool, i'll go. and that is why i'm here folks. she gets the credit (or blame, but i haven't screwed up anythign major yet, so mostly the credit) go EARTH! and go KAREN!
