I got a pony for Christmas. She is a haflinger filly, 14.1 ish though I'll measure her after the farrier visits. I think I'll name her Brim. She's greenbroke but quiet minded, true to her breed. She's also really really smooth. Today she officially turned three.

The operative word, of course, is want. Whether I actually need a 5 yr old grey thoroughbred event horse who hates the pressure of showing as much as I do and has an easy enough temperament for the handsome to ride, that remains to be seen. Maybe one day when I'm rich and graduated... Who am I kidding.
