about me
I am a dinosaur. The Whole Earth Catalog came out in my late teens and that thing became my guide into adulthood. As a result I can weave, spin, make bread, cook vegetarian meals with complete protein combinations, sew, make quilts, garden organically, play fiddle... The dinosaur is currently webmistress for Ruric-Amari and her troupe Samovar (of course I do this with a text editor!), costumer for same (of course I do this with my treadle machine!!), Irish fiddle player, branching out into mid-eastern music. President, Mid-Eastern Dance Society of Kentuckiana (www.MEDSOK.com). Oh, my day job? Programmer. Momster.

Re: Class cards, fixed terms, drop-in
(in The Biz of Belly Dance)
Most of our classes are pre-paid sessions; we only allow drop-in for drills or exercise classes. We use a class register (tick the sheet). We do have cards for monthly-unlimited students and sometimes for drop-in, and those are both business-ca...

no dogs?
(in Belly Dancing - the Shira.net Tribe)
I'm with Shira on this, I think requesting your money back because the class is NOT what you were expecting would be appropriate. Your expectation that only students who were paying tuition would be in the class is realistic -- take a look at wh...
