Happy 4th of July to all!

And I’m proud to be an American where at least I know I’m free.
And I won’t forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
And I’d gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land God bless the U.S.A.

"God Bless the USA" song by Lee Greenwood

This song touches my heart especially since my great grandfather lost his life in World War I also known as "The War to End All Wars". More than nine million soldiers and civilians died. He was on the Romanian army who joined forces with the Allied Powers (U.S., France, Great Britain, Russia) in 1916.

I want to commemorate my great grandfather's life for giving it up fighting for his country, Romania, so that my family in Romania could live a free and better life.

I am also commemorating the lives of our American soldiers who continue to die for our country. Their families who continuously love and support their beloved soldiers, may you all be blessed with strength and perseverance amid difficulties. No soldier will ever be forgotten for his or her pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.

God is Blessing America, always.

Peaceful Blessings,
me
