Medea…. beautiful, intoxicating, bundle of creativity… I am so happy that I have had the opportunity to enjoy the dancing experience with Medea. She is extremely talented and has this amazing talent to radiate the passion that she has when she dances.

So, like many people on here, I also have a MySpace (www.myspace.com/ladyvamp143) come find me there, too!!
Just a bit about myself... I'm a Virgo with a Libra Moon and Scorpio Rising... So, basically, I'm always at odds with myself... I have a slightly critical, puritanical side who is always seeking to be pure and true... and a dirty deviant side who wants to shake things up and instigate naughtiness everywhere she goes... Poor poor Libra Moon, stuck with the task of keeping me balanced all the time... Mercury's in Leo, so I'm super opinionated and NEED to express myself ALOT... And there is a little bit of a rock star in me dying to come out... (raq star??) ;) Venus and Mars are both in Libra, so I am romantic and mushy and affectionate and a tad indecisive... okay, maybe more than a tad... and always try to be fair and just in my life... That's the basics... So, who am I, then? Well, it depends on who you ask... To some, I'm Christina... to others, I'm Medea... Pick one, I'll answer to either... Where am I from? Well, I was hatched from an egg under a fruit tree in Eastern Washington and then bred by wild amazon circus monkeys over here in the grand Pacific NW... I've traveled a smidge, but not nearly enough... I like to dress-up, I like to play with my food, I suck at meditating, and I use humor to ease tense situations.. I like to think of myself as an artist sometimes...I might be an idiot without the savant, tho...besides dance, I paint alittle, take pics alittle...and would love to someday own a dance studio/gallery/cafe thang... I'm really close to my family...fortunately and unfortunately...I see most of 'em often... I work at a library...been there for 10 1/2 years...still dig it, but need to get on that gallery/dance studio/healing center thang.. I'm kinda nutty, but I've been told it's endearing...a tad opinionated...but well-intended and warm hearted...

I am planning a 3-month hiatus where I can focus on other things besides dance (is there anything else in the world?!? yes.)... So there will NOT be any more classes or performances til February at the earliest...Including the show on Dec 3rd at the Pyramid Lounge...I had to cancel that because I injured my back last weekend and won't be able to dance... read more

So, along with all the fabulosity that transpired last night, there was also a little sadness and disappointment that occured as well... Let me explain: Everytime I throw/go to a party, I learn more and more about my friends & acquaintences... I get to see who the crazy ones are, who the happy drunks are, who the fighters are, who the super generous ones are, who the funny ones are, who the quiet ones are, etc etc etc...
