about me
I'm a super geek, what can I say? I dig music, dancing, physics, playing instruments, art, people, cultures, thunderstorms, good movies, playing any instrument I can get my hands on, philosophy ( especially of the quantum mechanics/consciousness/reality variety, mmm), meeting interesting people, learning about other cultures, jam sessions, teaching physics for some strange reason, cookies, legos, rugby, and Earth Wind and Fire. Yea, you heard me.
But really, I love dancing with all my heart, and I appreciate those who've supported me through these rough couple of months. I also am really getting into playing middle eastern music on clarinet, riq, and dumbek....man, I totally miss being a band geek, he he.

What can I say? You are simply amazing. Your control, your grace, your talent...it blows me away every time I watch you perform. I fall in love with the aura you create when you dance, with the freedom that you have, and your obvious passion for the dance. I sincerely hope that I have the opportunity to learn from you very, very soon.
You, Amirah, are what I want to be when I "grow up". :)
