I feel his pain.
Mine is basically a crippleware loaded external drive right now. my clickwheel broke after just a couple months of use. It was still under warranty, so I took it in, they ordered me a replacement... AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME the damned thing. Not without making an appointment with one of their "Genius" consultants, which apparently requires reservations some 2 weeks in advance during the holiday season, while I was working two jobs and couldn't exactly follow their freaking timetable. I tried to do a drop in my one day off, and waited for seven hours before leaving in disgust. It's a freaking iPod. I don't need someone to tell me to make sure it's charged before use, thanks. |
