I think I was drunk last night.

Monday Morning...
Just got an Email telling me my 20th High School Reunion is on Friday.I'm a little fuzzy this morning.
Sunday was a day of Fucking off at home.
Watched The Riches and a little "Avengers" with Harpie.
Had a wonderful time with Harpie, Jamie, Mary, Bubbles and Toast this weekend.
I still need to work on new music for the band.
Portland didn't quite happen on Saturday.
BUt Breakfast did.
Yay for Jerky Marys!!!!!

Last Night's show is on my mind.
I keep thinking of what we can work on.I keep thinking of the Happy-cheers we heared from the stage.
I drove to the practice space after work and loaded out with the band
We got to the High Dive, loaded in, and Robert sound checked us.
After hanging out at the club with many different friends we set up and went on around 11.
My Amp was too loud, I turned it up a little before we started but it my have been a little high before then.
I couldn't here anything out of my monitor.
Next time I turn the amp away from the monitor and pay more attention at sound check.
As far as playing we did well for a first time in that situation.
There were mess ups but we played through them. I'm so lucky to play with TALLJOE, MIKE, and HANIMAL!!!
I've been playing about 21 years now and this was the first time I played a gig at a club with a guitar.
I think they liked it even though most were friends.
I feel a little down today but it may be from the exhaustion from last night.
For those of you that were there SPANX. It was nice to have someone listening :-)
We are very excited to play more, and even more so with the levels sharpened on the stage.
We knew this was a learning experience of a show, but we are also stoked people had a good time.
From other bands I'm in and have been in...
The technique and excellence is one thing...
But having a crowd screaming for an encoure is another.
Entertaining is just as fun as the rocking out!
