My paternal grandfather is from a small town in Spain and my grandmother is Lebanese. Her maiden name was Zoila Marina Sac. My maternal grandmother is from the Canary Islands and grandfather is Native American. I was born in Havana, Cuba, but we all left when I was 1 yr. old and moved to N.Y. I danced ballet, tap and jazz from the age of 7 to 17 at the June Claire School of Dance. It has taken me until the age of 46 to find dance again, thanks to Alina who led me to Orlando Belly Dance. I have 4 children and two grandchildren.
