It is a video by Israeli artist Sigalit Landau showing a naked woman hula hooping with barbed wire. The longer it goes on the more cut and bloody she becomes !!

Thats the way lots of art is these days Sue. They like to be gross and shock !! But pity the poor woman doing it. Someone got conned no doubt, perhaps they paid her a lot of money !!

Erm. Grotesque comes to mind, also brutal and gruesome.
For me, this is not art. Why would anyone want to do this, let alone be filmed doing it? Perhaps it represents the antithesis of the joy that hooping brings to so many? |

I am generally quite unshockable but that made me feel sick. It's like a nightmare - the ways its slowed down, and the sea in the background. Very strange.

The person that walks by in the background is either so used to this sort of thing or has no idea what is going on
