Launch days were great at both the Vestavia and Pelham Gold's Gyms over the last weekend. Pelham totally rocked at BodyJam Launch Thursday night, complete with spotlights, smoke machines, and smoothie shots! We also had a good turnout Saturday for BodyFlow at both Vestavia and Pelham. And the real troopers came out again on Sunday for a BodyJam replay followed by the new BodyPump release. A fun four day end of week party!
