Erin is sweet, kind, smart, trustworthy and responsible. Pretty and clever with a wicked sense of humor. She is amazing with a sewing machine. Also great at organizing and cat herding for social events. You can count on her.

I grew up in a small oceanside town with lots of siblings and cousins around. Left home to go to college in Berkeley and have been in the bay area working in biotech ever since I graduated from Cal.

Erin has mad skills and is oddly productive for a human being, without a lot of hoopla. Somehow she always seems calm and collected. The works of her hands are gorgeously crafted with patience and creativity, but it's her sociability I'm in awe of. Even at high noon on a parched and dusty playa she's got a level head and the wherewithal to mediate, to calm the excitedly upset, and to gently herd without need of any nipping or voice raising. She’s upfront, but also decidedly mischievous, and great at helping other people land the sort of wacked fun they’re looking for.
Hoorah! We got a hot tub! What fun. Had a great three day weekend frolicing with friends. New car and new job. Things are pretty darn cool right now. The picture shows me kissing Uncle Mikey whilst wearing my "Night and Day" corset. BTW, Finished making one of the corsets for Rebecca. Sorry no picture but it's dark blue suede type material. I called it "Midnight Bleau".

I made this Princess dress for my niece to match a sketch she made. It was fun working from her drawing. She's about 9 years old and told me about the party she wore it to, etc. Great way to connect when we're in different states.

I've got enough pieces to have a second fashion show. The first was about two years ago and was for my corsets.

This new one will be Jackets! I've got about ten to twelve pieces, including men's and women's. All of them are a bit on the way-out-there costumey thing, so it should be fun. It'll probably take me a bunch of time to figure out all the details, so I'll maybe target March for the event. In January, I'm planning some workshop time up at R&N's when I can work on an additi... read more
