Well the time is almost here. In just over a month I will be competing for a spot on the All-Army Combatives team, picture a military version of the UFC. I've been cutting weight just to see how i feel at 155 where my trainer and I have agreed I should fight, and I'm happy with the choice to fight at this weight. I'm 25 years old and I'm only now starting to get it back together. I've been smoking and drinking for the better part of 9 years. Before that I was useing and abusing drugs. Over the past few days I have realized, by watching my family that I have got to make a change. My parents are recovering addicts as are my brother and sister.
