Existential, Pure unboundless Source ..... I've had joy of travelling for the last 7 years, studying and sharing precious moments with my ever expanding yet interconnected family, while rooting myself in each place, feeling the land and making friends with it's people. I am, amongst other things, a bodytherapist and a practioner of lomi lomi (kahuna) massage, and ayurvedic therapies, and in complete contrast presently working in the music industry to earn my pennies since I came back with a belly full of giardia (aaah, India!) which put the brakes on me doing bodywork full time. Am spreading the love and playfullness, the people here need some! I am a nature bunny, love community, and work at keeping connected, feeding my spirit in this crazy city. Loving the gatherings which always give cause for celebration! meeting likeminded people, who challenge me and inspire - everyone has something to teach me, no matter. To share my essence - honesty, integrity, care, gentleness, warmth, authenticity and love! to give of myself, experience, expand, explore, understand, to recognise the Truth in all things and laugh with it. Recognising the nature of this mind, and through this body, expressing my Self, unboundless source. Identifying the tendency to separate in this play of leela, and coming back to what is. Direct, inquisitive, mischevious, saucy, playful, loyal and honest and real is what I'm about. The travel and discovery (inner and outer) is always a constant. But to dip my toes in the ocean, sand in my hair, sun on my skin, and the life of liberated island living makes my heart ::sing:: ~~~

want to grow your network?
You are not a kindergarten student of spirituality, so you must cease to think and speak as if you are a phenomenal object. You are the animating consciousness that provides sentience to the sentient being. But you are this consciousness only in manifestation.
this has been an interesting time. I met someone who wowed me with their beauty. I walked away, with a glance over my shoulder to the 'stranger' who would become someone I shared my laughter, tears, heart and soul with and who allowed me in to share theirs too.

It was new years eve, last, and I was celebrating this fine existence with friends on a community in thailand, in a state of uplifted inebriation (the first time in 6 years I had partaken in anything to affect my present state)...anyway, my friend turned to me and said soemthing about "ah, life". And the word instantly formed this anacronym in my head - L iving I n F ull E xpres... read more
Wow - I just seen a note I wrote to my friend (an excerpt from our thread of communication) - posted on his blog entry. It made me realise that due to a number of ridiculous reasons such as self exposure, confidence etc I've never posted a real blog entry before (look, I said ridiculous!) but then, seeing my writing in someone elses blog got me thinking - why not blog it myself!!! Andreas, thank you for your beautiful unintentional vote of confidence.

bestowed upon us a voice with a choice and a tongue kept moist by years of salivating for oysters.. pearls and aphrodisiacs locked in an ugly shell always too chewy and gooey so they get swallowed whole but a tongue is so much more than a vehicle for greed a tongue is for washing fur or for licking wounds or for welcoming newcomers into a room or cleansing those fresh from the womb without a tongue there would be no croons swoons, Junes under the moon no... read more

on the roof of your house all alone. I felt your heart longing for the Friend. I saw you whirling beneath the soft bright rose that hung from an invisible stem in the sky. So I began to change into my best clothes in hopes of joining you, even though I live a thousand miles away. And if you had spun like an immaculate sphere just two more times, then bowed again so sweetly to the east, you would have found God and me standing so near ... read more
The principle is simple; from one thing comes another. So it is that before there can be mastery, there must be errors; before there can be knowledge there must be ignorance; before there can be understanding, there must be confusion; before there can be wisdom; there must be foolishness.

Break all our teacup talk of the Infinite One. If you had the courage and Could give the Beloved his choice, some nights, He would just drag you around the room By your hair, Ripping from your grip all those toys in the world That bring you no joy. Love sometimes gets tired of speaking sweetly And wants to rip to shreds All your erroneous notions of Truth That make you fight within yourself, dear one, And with others, Causing the worl... read more

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. not knowing your natural state of freedom. We have forgotten how to wait; it is almost an abandoned space. And it is our greatest treasure to be able to wait for the right moment. The whole existence waits for the right moment. Even trees know it--when it is time to bring the flowers and when it is time to let go of all the leaves and stand naked against the sky. They are still beautiful in that nakedness, waiting for the new foliage with a great trust that the old has gone, and the new will soon be coming, and the new leaves will sta...

Everyone you see, you say to them, "Love me." Of course you do not do this out loud, otherwise someone would call the cops. Still, though, think about this, this great pull in us to connect. Why not become the one who lives with a full moon in each eye that is always saying, with that sweet moon language, what every other eye in this world is dying to hear?
