Yaaay! I'm glad that you're finally getting what you want. I'm sure that the modification will get your breasts the extra attention to that they deserve.

The point is to let me fill up a bra. I'm not even an A. :p
I'm going under the muscle, a large C, underneath the breast, so I'll have a scar, but I don't care. Chicks dig scars! Thanks, Br5an! |

Well, my opinion, I think your already hot. Thus, I don't see the point. ;)
You should really rethink the entry. Under never heals great, and the scars arn't subtle. Forget any modeling shots. Arm pit is better, navel is optimal. |

Actually armpit often leads to asymmetrical breasts and my navel is pierced. I think that large breasts are more aesthetically pleasing than small breasts. Still, if you're into tiny tit Penny, there's tons of porn out there of me already--or you could get some pre-op custom porn before its too late!

Asymmetrical can happen no matter what. Navel piercing is no reason to rule that method out. You can get that redone easy enough, but the obvious "yes, I got a boob job" scars are there for a lifetime. The problem is that the cut wouldn't leave too bad of a scar normally, but since you are drastically stretching the area, instead of stretching over time from natural growth. . After it's healed the scar tissue won't continue to stretch and adjust like the rest of the skin, cause then to get larger and possibly keloid.
Don't take this the wrong way, but the only people getting under breast cuts are tranny's going in for cheap Mexican surgery, paying off the bill working the tenderloin. You're young, attractive, and you do a lot of fetish photography and nude modeling. That's three reason right there to opt for a more discreet insertion method. If it's the cost that's making this decision for you, then you are making a bad choice. If it's because you want it done in time for some show, that's also a bad choice. I donno, it's like people that want a tat, and can't afford a good artist so they go to a guy that'll do it for half price, then they walk around with shitty tat either live with it, or eventually pay the money to go to the good artist to see what they can do to fix it. They would have been better off saving up for the good artist, getting it done right the first time and been happy. Same thing goes boob job. I've had friend that went in for quick & cheap (buy one implant, get half off the other!) and ended up having to go to other doctors to fix problems, get adjustments, multiple surgeries, etc. Others saved up, went to the better doctor for and the more expensive, but better method of implanting and came out looking beyond perfect and completely natural. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm saying make sure you are doing it 100% right. Don't take any shortcuts with your body. You'd gotta live with it for a LONG time. |

Hmmm. Surgeon who's worked on a few of my friends and has two decades of experience or guy on the internet? That's tough!

I think you make good choices. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to see the results someday ;)
