This is what I tell myself daily:

Live life to the fullest. Break boundries, step outside your comfort zone. Never lose out on an opportunity to learn. Open your mind. Always question. Listen more, talk less. Remember how immensely fortunate you are and that with fortune comes responsibility.

I try to live my life by those words!

I picked up a hoop about a year ago and haven't put it down since! I started a group in San Antonio called The Hot Hoopers and recruited all my friends. It has been a lot of fun and great for getting outside, challenging ourselves and female fellowship!

I don't know what it is about hooping, I just can't quit. Sometimes, when I feel like a big dork with chicken wing arms, I think I'll never reach the level of the Sexy Hoop Goddesses on youtube! I am such a klutz! But I guess we all have a unique style. I'm trying to find mine.
