I have spent a lot of time in a tiny little concession stand which is located in an old part of Victoria called Market Square. It reminices of a time when circus folk and horse drawn carts and marketeers and towns folk gathered on a sunny day to sell their wares, promote their livelihood, and take in a bit of community time.
