Her enthusiasm for the dance and its culture is impressive. She strives to learn and grow and all dance forms and is always excited about what she is learning and doing. She is always supportive and willing to jump right in to help the community where needed. I want 1/3 of what she has to rub off on me.

I'm far to comlex to fit into this tiny little space...but I suppose a couple of general things about me can be listed:
I'm a bellydancer, first and foremost. I love it with everything I have in me. I love all forms of belly dance, although the only styles I've studies so far are Egyptian (cabaret) and Folkloric (Saidi). I'm hoping to start studying tribal (ATS and fusion) VERY soon. I also love ballroom dance...I've competed twice (after less than a year of lessons) and taken 3 first places, and two sixth places (out of twenty couples.) I've had to take a break from studying ballroom due to financial issues (translation: I can't afford $70 for a 45 minute private anymore!), but I can't wait to get back into it!

Actually, Sultan's Table closed about a year ago, maybe a little more...I think.

It is 90 degrees in my house... I may just die before I go teach class. But the good news is...my aunt has a pool, and she's 10 minutes away. I'm stoked.
