I teach and perform aerial circus arts as a member of Momentum Aerial & Acrobatic Troupe. Momentum is Manitoba's first and only performance company dedicated to creating aerial choreography on aerial silks, hoop, static trapeze, and harness. I'm the head aerial instructor for Monica's Danz Gym in Winnipeg. I'm a graduate of the professional program of Contemporary Dancers and I love any activity where I get to be off the floor and not have to worry about landing on it again! I also love training in aikido, somehow it all fits together: dance, martial arts, and aerial circus stuff.
