16 Hour Intensive with Kajira
Heike told me about Tribal Without Boarders a 16 hour intensive weekend in Pirmasens Germany with the wonderful Kajira Djoumanha, Its not as far as it sounds and despite knowing no German I had a great weekend. Leonie and Shazadi were great organisers. Leonie even translated the registration form and arranged for lifts and stuff so I could get there. Thank you Leonie!

First Blog!
I keep meaning to write up the stuff I do but have finally got around to it. Hello to everyone who was at the Urban Tribal weekend. Absolutely loved it but oh I ached by Sunday evening! By the time we got to the floor work I was ready to collapse. Must get some knee pads. Used to whizz around on a skateboard as a kid but think I discarded all the gear years ago. I have tried doing more then 4 hours of workshops at other events (JoY, Fantasia) but I find myself wilting in the latter half... read more
