I like to ride my bike to work. Work hard. Work out. Play around. Go out. Spend time alone. Spend time with family and friends. I practice Holistic Medicine and work in a hospital as well. I have two cats and a green thumb. I am an avid yoga student and prefer the vigorous classes as well as the achingly slow yin yoga which I submit to joyfully.
