You can write testimonials for your friends, too. Just select a friend to write about, click the "more options..." button, and then the "add testimonial" button.
Rob Brezny, the astrologer, seems to have hit it on the head again. This half of the year I am into the shadow self. And learning to love ALL parts of me, even my shadow twin. By coincidence I entered a program in which I am in the midst of changing a lifetime of stuff at an amazing speed (incredible inside stressor), and I am being challenged one after another with all these outside stressors.  I am currently taking some classes. I was asked to share something I learned in each session. It is really enlightening and healing. But also exhausting and a lot of work. One of the helpful techniques I have learned is to set a Mastery Goal and a Pleasure goal each day. The mastery goal is doing something that needs to get done, it also needs to be realistic and achievable. It can be enjoyable though....just depends on the way you feel when you wake up.
