This has been a long time coming, but Donna and Bob are the kindest people you will ever meet. The instant you come into contact with them, you become their family and vis versa. Donna is also a beautiful dancer and I cant wait to see her at Floralia. I love you guys and I hope to see you real soon. Take care and my prayers are always with you.

I know how much you love Hippos Donna. And last week I was watching the Discovery Channel. They were showing a special documentary about African Crocodiles...or Alligators...I get the two confused. Anyway, I was happy to learn that Hippos are the only animal that these beasts fear because they have the capability to snap a Crocodile/Alligator in half with their strong mouths and large tusks. And here I thought they were cute animals that danced around in ballet slippers. They're hard core! I thought of you when I saw that. Just thought you'd like to know.

Donna is a great lady. In the short time I have known her she has been nothing but sweet and encouraging. Not only is she a great supporter of the bellydance community but an amazing friend. If she was in El Paso I would gladly take her on as a student!

Well what can I say about Miss Donna. She's as sweet as candy could be. Nice peeps are her and her hubby. They are very supportive of everyone and dont care what anyone says. They always have words of encouragement and I dig that. I am very happy to have met such wonderful people. There should be more out there like these two. Hippo hugs to them!!!

donna is one of the sweetest person that i have every met. She is beautiful and talented and a loyal friend. she is very supportive and i could not thank her enough for it. thank you donna for all your support and kindness. sandra and i are very thankful to have you as a friend.

This was alot of fun and my daughter finally danced with me ( in public) lol
its not very clear but we all did a great job! We learned the drum solo in 3 hours!!!

OK it's finally decided. Bob has accepted a position with Dairy Queen and we will be moving. he will have the state of kansas and one(?) store in OK. We are sad to be leaving our friends and family, yet looking forward to a new adventure and hoping you will all keep in touch and visit often. Waiting for Fed X to deliver all the details... so we can start making plans. lots to do today...

Ok, Bob got a new baby... so I needed someone to keep me company while he is out cruising. Adopted a 6 week old male kitty. Precious Angel is his name. he was on death row (they thought he was deaf) and way too small 1lbs 5 oz. but after a week of TLC and 2 medicines 2 times a day. and lots of baby food. He is now healthy and thriving (and hearing) nothing like a spoiled baby in the house lol. he is lots of fun. loves to cuddle and snuggle. he even likes Bob and always falls asleep in Bob's ...

we're fine the girls hid in the closet with a flash light. the tree lost some limbs and the pond was pounded and flooded lol (i hope no koi were knocked unconscious) the street is flooded. the power is on and satillite is on and off. I guess its movie time...lucky Bob BBQ early...every thing is calm and quiet. the storm let up the kids went home. Better check the new roof and sky lights for damage and Bobs car! The first time I went to the zoo and saw a hippopotamus I thought they were "precious" (the exact word of a 3 year old). I spent the whole day just adoring that enormas, magnificent and powerful creatures. They can be gentle and caring. They can also slice you in half at a moment notice.so don't cross into their personal space. As the many years have passed my passion for hippos as only increased. I have a collection of hippos in all forms from cards to statutes. stamps to anything imaginable. I have also painted several portraits. I went to the San Diego Zoo, behind the scenes tour of the hippo home
and actually petted and feed a 3 year old baby. I was amazing!!!
well there is more to this story...perhaps another time.
